Gertrude "Kitty" Hendricks-Miller, Cultural and Historical consultant, and the Indian Education Coordinator. Kitty plans and facilitates professional development programming for educators and supports Traditional educational knowledge in STEM based education. She creates traditional art, shares songs and dances with Native families, and passes her gifts on in activities for camps and seasonal tribal community gatherings. John was a math and science teacher and guidance counselor in Mashpee, Dennis-Yarmouth, Provincetown, and Nantucket for 18 years; college advisor and transitions program coordinator at CCCC for 5 years; and part-time federal park ranger with the National Park Service for 20 years.
